Will you need my password?
Not for the free case check. If you hire us, yes, because the work happens inside your account. You share access only after you sign the agreement and we've checked the account is yours, through a secure link or a live call, never by DM or email. We ask for login codes only live, while we work, and you change your password when we finish.
If anyone asks for your login in a DM, stop talking to them, even if they say they're from Meta.
Why pay you if I can appeal for free?
You don't have to. Our free guides show the official routes, step by step. People come to us when those routes have stalled, or when a lot of money or work is at stake.
Can you promise I'll get back in?
No one honest can. Meta makes the final call. We tell you the odds before you pay, and you pay the second half only after you're back in.
How long does it take?
